1. Please call us directly if you are unhappy, for whatever reason, with your order.
2. Please call us directly if any product is damaged on receipt of the order. A photograph of the product will be required.
Delivery
1. Locations: We deliver our products across the U.K.
2. Rates apply for UK mainland only, please call us for delieveries in different areas or countries.
3. A standard delivery charge of £5.00 is added to every order up to 12kg. Orders over £45.00 are delivered free of charge.
4. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days.
5. A third party courier company is used to deliver orders on our behalf. A signature for delivery is required so please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
6. Orders will not be left with third parties, such as neighbours.
7. If you wish to receive SMS notification for the delivery of your
order please add your mobile number in the notes section of the payment form.

We accept payments via PayPal and all the major credit or debit cards.Simply, after clicking on checkout:
1. Fill in your details in the forms provided. No registration or account creation needed.
2. Select delivery address if different than billing address.3. Submit and confirmation email with all the details will be with you shortly.
